California Adventure Day Two- DISNEYLAND!

What trip to southern California is complete without a visit to Disneyland?!? It's been a year and a half since we've been to the Magic Kingdom and we could not wait to take Nathan on his first visit. My sister in law and our niece came with us, making the day even more fun and special!

We got to meet some of our favorite characters.

And ride some of our favorite rides.

Nathan LOVED the Dumbo ride! He yelled "WHEEEEE!" the whole time.

This is more of my speed on the tea cup ride. A parked tea cup!

Our busy morning wore Nathan out so he took a stroller nap while we hit more rides!

The kids spent some time in Tune Town exploring the "houses" of their favorite cartoon characters, like Goofy, Donald, Mickey, and Chip and Dale.

Even Nathan got to go on some Nathan-sized rides!

And we all cruised along to "It's a Small World".

I drew the short straw, so that meant everyone got to go ride Space Mountain while I hung out with a short, cute little boy. Sam absolutely LOVED it! Look at his expression!

Look closer! It's a picture of a picture but the look of sheer joy is still the same. Next time I get to ride and have fun!

While they blasted in to space Nathan and I enjoyed the parade. It was great! We had front row seats and he clapped along for the whole time, waving at the characters and giving high fives to a few dancers.

These are his most favorite floats: Mickey, The Lion King, and the alligator on the Princess and the Frog float.

Natuarally we had to get Nathan's first pair of ears. And what a cute little Mouseketeer he is!

Our day ended late but I am already planning on when we can go again. I am a Disneyland addict. I'll take it over Disney World ANY time. It's smaller, shaded, cooler, and tons of fun! So many memories made in one day. I can't wait to go back!
